About Us - Socialsquared(Social²)

We are Socialsquared, a young non-profit company dedicated to developing innovative software solutions for the challenges of the social economy. Our goal is to create sustainable and impactful tools that help social organizations make their daily work more efficient and effective.

One of our first projects is Volunteam - a platform that addresses the issue of skilled labor shortages in the social sector. Volunteam allows social enterprises to offer small-scale volunteer positions that can be taken on flexibly by volunteers. This creates a win-win situation: social organizations receive much-needed support, while volunteers have the opportunity to get involved in a way that suits their schedules and skills.

But this is just the beginning! As a non-profit company, we plan to continue developing more products in the future that foster social cohesion and advance charitable causes.

Our Team

Our team consists of two founders, Tristan Eberhardt and Noah Scholz, who met during their studies at the Hochschule Esslingen. Both share the belief that technology is a powerful tool for solving social problems and making the world a better place.

Tristan Eberhardt came up with the original idea for Volunteam, our first project. During his studies in social work, he was directly confronted with the problems and challenges in the social economy as a working student. As the creative mind behind Socialsquared, Tristan brings these experiences to the table and plays a key role in management. His expertise as a social worker qualifies him for efficient communication between Socialsquared and various social organizations.

Noah Scholz is our technical visionary. He is responsible for the technological implementation, programming, and the entire IT infrastructure of Socialsquared. With his leadership role in various software projects during his software engineering studies and his professional experience, Noah is well-equipped to meet the requirements of our projects and develop innovative digital solutions.
